Compare to other four roll bending machines, HDL W12, with it’s supreme pre bending performance, one-step coiling technology, fully automatic control system adoption, has been playing a dominant role in many wind power plants across China. Not only the machine itself is a great innovation, but also it’s auxiliary supporters, such as hydraulic side support frames, top supporters, and adjustable feeding devices. There are several methods for using a HDL four roller rolling machine to produce a cylinder. The following is just one of them. Using HDL W12 to produce cylinders, the first step is data input: Input the parameters of the product that you are going to produce, such as thickness, width, diameter to the PLC through the touch screen.The whole production including oil pipe roll forming machine, post bending machine, linking machine, welding machine, among which the highlight is the special oil pipe roll forming machine that can produce pipe to up to 12 meters.Oil pipe roll forming machine is designed for long pipes with small diameter, mainly constituted by three work rollers.
